New Year's Eve

Our New Year's Eve party involved a murder mystery at the Lady Lux Casino. Kat (Chris Swienko) was murdered.  Shawna the Showgirl (Carol Posa) found her and did an excellent job of screaming and crying. Jake (Dale Severs) was the murderer but didn't mean to do it.  We had 25 resident characters who dressed the parts and stayed in character.  All of our guests tried to solve the murder.  Two of our 8 groups solved the murder correctly, so they had to guess a number to determine which group got the prize. There was gambling with funny money in the billiard/poker room, a surveillance room in the library with clues, and food and drink.  Later we danced a little and we all toasted in the New Year early.
